Warranty Information

The Riptide Pool Vacuum System comes with a 1 year warranty on all parts. The plastic vacuum body is covered by a 10 year warranty. During the first year of the warranty, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Warranty claims on the vacuum body after the first year of ownership will require you to ship the plastic vacuum body to our facility and will incur a $50 handling fee to cover the return shipping and handling of a new vacuum body. Warranty is non transferable.
